Supplements from Vital Nutrients
Many years ago when I started working with my current PC, he ran many tests and discovered I was very deficient in many nutrients. My body was seriously out-of-balance and needed a little support to get me back on track. He felt food alone would not support my complete healing. Also be careful not to fall into the “nutrient-media-zone” where you hear about this magic pill making you smarter, thinner, happier, etc… There are too many gimmicky companies out there ready and waiting to play on your desire to feel and look better and many of them use poor ingredients, some of which are contaminated with heavy metals and other assorted chemicals that will do more harm than good.
