Plant Based Cooking Demo: Tastes of Spring & Summer

Join us on Thursday, June 8th, 2023 at 5:30 PM EST for a fun and informative in-person cooking demonstration where we'll be showcasing the delicious tastes of spring and summer!

Janet Verney, a certified integrative health coach, will guide you through the process of preparing mouth-watering plant-based dishes that are perfect for warm weather. You'll learn new techniques and get inspired to create your own delicious meals at home.

Whether you're a seasoned plant-based eater or just curious about trying something new, this event is for you! Come enjoy the flavors of the season and connect with others who share your passion for healthy, sustainable food.

We will be preparing four recipes that are whole food, plant based, gluten-free (but not prepared in a GF facility). While Janet prepares these recipes, we will talk about the importance of ingredients to support our health and wellness.
